Welcome to our uniquely charming attic apartment, nestled in a peaceful little village just minutes from Annecy. This spacious home with its wooden cathedral ceiling beautifully combines alpine chalet style with modern comfort.

Located 10 minutes from Annecy and 3 minutes from the Annecy Nord exit, it sits in the center of the village of Epagny Metz-Tessy (delegated commune of Metz-Tessy), close to amenities (bakery, newsstand, caterer, ATM).

This bright apartment of 98 m² (78 m² under Carrez law) includes a living room, a kitchen area with cathedral ceiling, a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub, two bedrooms, and a separate toilet.

You’ll sleep well thanks to hotel-quality bedding:

Double bed 160×200 and double bed 180×200 with Emma mattresses, soft comfort

Sofa bed 140×200 from Bobochic

Pillows, duvet, and bed linen provided. Summer or winter duvets depending on the season.

Bath towels and beds made upon arrival available at extra cost. Each person has a 100×150 bath sheet and a 50×100 towel.

Private parking spaces inside the building are strictly reserved for permanent residents. However, there is a large FREE public parking lot right in front of the building.

If that lot is full, you’ll find free spaces at the school or town hall parking lots, both just a few meters away.

One bedroom with a sliding door and certain locked closets are not accessible.

The apartment is part of a small co-ownership of 18 units. Quiet is essential, and we ask that this golden rule be respected to avoid disturbing permanent residents.

Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request, at least 48 hours in advance. Extra cost: €50.

Optional linen and towel change only (without cleaning): €25–€50 depending on number of guests.

Late check-out: €15 extra, upon request and subject to availability, until 1 p.m. maximum.

Pets: €10day extra. Small pets are welcome, provided certain rules are respected to ensure cleanliness and serenity:

Pets must not cause noise or damage.

You are responsible for your pet’s behavior and the apartment’s upkeep.

Only one pet allowed.

Do not let your pet on armchairs or beds.
